How do you make it?

  1. Fill the bottle with rum and let it steep for at least 24 hours.
  2. Just before serving, top up the bottle with coconut milk and water. Give it a good shake!
  3. Pour over ice, strain into glasses, and enjoy. Mangolicious! Serve chilled and drink straight away.

Ingredients

dried mango (48%), cane sugar, coconut chips (3.8%)

Add yourself

200 ml white rum (or 200 ml boiling water for non-alcoholic), 400 ml coconut milk, 200 ml water and ice cubes

Serving tip

Mangolicious! Serve chilled and enjoy straight away. Prefer it alcohol-free? No problem! Simply follow the recipe above, but swap the rum for 200 ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for three hours instead of 24, and you’ll have a delicious tropical mocktail!
