How do you make it?

  1. Empty the bag into a pan with 800ml of water.
  2. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the lemon slice and purée the soup. At this stage, the soup is still salt-free.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Start with 1 teaspoon of salt and add more to taste.
