As the chips infuse, they release delicate notes of ripe grapes, oak, and a subtle touch of vanilla – offering an authentic Italian taste experience. With a little patience, after around eight weeks, you’ll have a rich, characterful grappa: perfect for sipping, savouring, or sharing with friends (if you’re feeling generous).
