How do you make it?

Remove three-quarters of the flowers from the jar and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (electric) or 145°C (fan).
Place the contents of the jar in a bowl and add three eggs, 140 g of melted butter, 70 g of yoghurt and a pinch of salt. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 50–65 minutes.
Decorate with the remaining flowers for a cake that’s not only delicious, but also a real showstopper on the table.

Self-raising flour (WHEAT flour, baking powder (raising agents E450, E500), WHEAT starch, stabiliser (calcium carbonate)), cane sugar, freeze-dried strawberries, dried flower mix (1%) (marigold, rose petal, cornflower).
