How to make it

Verwarm de oven voor (elektrisch op 195°C, hetelucht op 175°C).
Meng het ei en de boter tot er geen klontjes meer zijn. Voeg de inhoud van de pot toe en roer dit goed door.
Kneed van het mengsel ongeveer 12 balletjes.
Leg de balletjes op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. Bak de koekjes in de oven en haal ze voor een 'chewy' structuur na 15 minuten eruit.
Laat ze minimaal 30 minuten afkoelen en dan zijn ze klaar! Let op! De aangegeven baktijden zijn richtlijnen en kunnen per oven verschillen.
