How do you make it?

  1. Fill the bottle with vodka and let it rest for 2–3 days, shaking gently now and then to help the sugar dissolve. Once ready, filter through a fine sieve. Serve by mixing one part infused alcohol with two parts sparkling water for a refreshing cocktail.

Serving tip
