How do you make it?

Remove the lemon slices from the pouch and place them in hot water.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Put contents of pot in a bowl and add eggs, melted butter and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth batter.
Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 50-65 minutes.
Decorate the cake with the lemon slices.
