How do you make it?

  1. Fill a carafe with milk and the contents of the pouch.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve and heat gently in a saucepan for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Sweeten to taste with honey.

900 ml (vegetable) milk, honey to taste

Serving suggestion

Make an iced chai latte! After preparation, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Fill your glasses with ice cubes, and serve!
