How do you make it?

  1. Fill the carafe with milk and place it in the fridge to steep for at least six hours.
  2. Pour the contents of the bottle into a saucepan and gently heat for 10–15 minutes over a low flame.
  3. Sweeten to taste with honey, then serve over ice cubes.

Cinnamon (23%), dried apple (23%), black tea (20%), star anise (17%), cardamom (7%), dried ginger (6%), cloves (3%), mace (3%)

900 ml (vegetable) milk, honey to taste

Serving suggestion

Make a dirty iced chai latte! After making it, refrigerate for 2 hours. Fill your glasses with ice cubes and add a shot of espresso!
