How do you make it?

  1. Measure the olive oil and white wine vinegar into a measuring jug.
  2. Pour them into the bottle along with a teaspoon of honey.
  3. Give the bottle a good shake and leave it to rest for at least one week.
  4. After a week your vinaigrette is ready to enjoy – no filtering needed.

Ingredients

dried orange slice (35%), dried Spanish pepper (14%), garlic, onion, chili flakes and oregano

Add yourself

extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar and a teaspoon of honey

Serving suggestion

Shake well and sprinkle over a green salad, prawns or roasted vegetables.
