How do you make it?

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and place them in a pan. Cover with water and bring to the boil.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the (plant-based) milk together with the apple and onion mix.
  3. Drain the potatoes once cooked.
  4. Mash until smooth, add the warm milk mixture, and season to taste.
