Hoe maak je het?

  1. Remove the lemon slices from the jar and place them in hot water
  2. Preheat the oven to 160°C (electric) or 145°C (convection).
  3. Place the contents of the pot in a bowl and add eggs, melted butter and a pinch of salt. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  4. Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 50-65 minutes.
  5. Decorate the cake with the lemon slices
